SKZ1053 High-Temperature Precision Analyzer: 1600°C-Resistant Tool for Advanced Testing

The high-temperature precision analyzer SKZ1053 is a professional instrument designed to be used in extremely high-temperature work environments, including industrial processes (high-temperature process industries such as ceramics, metals and glass), material science research and precision manufacturing. The SKZ1053 is constructed to withstand the rigour of high-temperature environments while being easy to operate, compatible with multiple atmospheres and equipped with high-temperature memory capacity and ultra-high precision.

Ultra-High Precision & Extreme Temperature Resistance

The SKZ1053's primary feature is its ability to measure material properties in extremely high-temperature applications, such as metal processing (analysis of molten metals), analysis of ceramic sintering processes and testing for thermal stability of materials in extreme heat environments. The opportunity to measure materials accurately and quickly in high-temperature work environments means that the SKZ1053 eliminates the need for bulky equipment and offers instant accurate measurements by using thermal differential analysis (TDA).

In addition to being able to measure extremely high-temperature materials, the SKZ1053 has the potential to detect minute mass fluctuations (with sensitivity to 0.01mg) and locate very small changes (with a detection precision of 0.01mg) in the chemical composition of a material. The unusually high measurement accuracy of the SKZ1053 is due to its unique design and construction, including the use of high-quality precious metal electronic sensor (e-sensor). Precious metals are highly stable, will not oxidize or corrode and will last for long periods in high-temperature environments. In contrast to conventional electronic sensors, the precious metal e-sensor will maintain reliable, accurate data for months or years, reducing the need for calibration and ensuring the integrity of critical data.

Smart Controller and Flexibility

The introduction of the intelligent control of the SKZ1053 has changed the user experience dramatically and made the device much easier to operate. The SKZ1053 has a large 7-inch touch screen that provides a simple but effective operating interface. The size of the touch screen and the use of a touch-based navigation system enable a very user-friendly experience for the operator by providing an easy means of navigating through the SKZ1053 multiple menu boards.
