The whole water-contact structure adopts premium stainless steel material, including the Dutch Valley cell, beater roll and bottom knives. The corrosion-resistant, rust-proof stainless steel construction ensures hygienic testing conditions, stable long-term operation and consistent test accuracy. Fitted with a high-strength transparent cover for the pulp cell, it enables intuitive real-time observation of the internal beating status throughout the test process.
The beater roll adopts integral one-piece molding with special craftsmanship, featuring no noise, no loosening and no rust during continuous operation. Users can freely adjust the rolling pressure according to different fiber characteristics and testing requirements, realizing targeted and standardized beating treatment. In addition, two optional kneading blade types, blade type and cutting type, further enrich customized testing solutions.
Equipped with a precise timed automatic control system, the machine allows free selection and accurate setting of beating time, effectively ensuring repeatable and uniform test results. It supports a dry pulp weight of 3500g and adapts to pulp concentrations ranging from 5% to 15%.
