High-Frequency Precision: Specifically-Focused Moisture Levels The SKZ111C-4 Moisture Meter has been engineered to provide accurate measurements within the unique range of moisture levels for dried fruits and vegetables with the ability to take a reading between the range of 0-40 percent. The specialized moisture measuring capability allows for the most efficient accurately measuring low-moisture dried products, thus eliminating the possibility of obtaining erroneous moisture measurements from other types of moisture meters generally used for dried fruits and vegetables. The meter's unique measurement technology is based on a high-frequency measurement principle that operates at a frequency of more than 10MHz and has the ability to penetrate the density or granularity of the products being assessed (dehydrated carrots, dried apples, or dehydrated berries) and measure the internal moisture without damaging the product itself.
